Monty Ross has been working in independent film and television for 27 years and is best known for his ground breaking work with director, Spike Lee. He has co-produced and produced films for Island Pictures, Columbia Pictures, Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, Paramount/Showtime Television; commercials for Nike, Levi, ESPN, AT&T; and music videos for Geffen, Motown, Tommy Boy, Penalty Recordings and Elektra Records. Most recently, Ross is directing a documentary profiling renowned educator and music theorist, Dr. Roland Wiggins, who influenced Yusef Lateef, Roberta Flack, Rev. Jesse Jackson, Quincy Jones, Jerry Butler, Bill Cosby, Dr. Billy Taylor, Donald Byrd, Archie Shepp, Jimmy Owens and is largely unheralded for his advanced work (1960's) with the Franklin Institute and his contributions to the development of music computerization.

Richard Sampson, Producer, Shadowlight Pictues

Richard Sampson is a Producers Guild of America producer with over 24 years of film producing experience. In 2003 he formed production company Shadowlight Pictures with partner, Pamela Peacock. Shadowlight Pictures completed its first feature film, “Good Intentions”starring LeAnn Rimes, Luke Perry and Elaine Hendrix, due to air on Showtime this fall. Sampson and Peacock produced every aspect of the project including negotiating the script option, script development, raising the money, hiring cast and crew, supervising the production, post production, selling the Georgia tax credits, to negotiating the distribution deal. Shadowlight Pictures is in development on more feature film projects while currently completing an uplifting documentary on breast cancer survivors who are thriving after cancer.

Jason Sands, Television Director/Producer

Jason Sands is a television director and producer with over twenty years of broadcast experience.
In 2009, Jason Directed the action adventure game show The Phone for MTV, produced by Freemantle NA. Jason recently completed eight episodes of The Chilli Project for VH!, also produced by Freemantle. Jason also directed a Pilot for CW, Fly Girls, that was picked up for eight episodes airing in 2010. Jason Directed the first three seasons of MTV's The Hills. The third season of The Hills was the series highest rated earning nearly five million viewers a week. Mr. Sands also directed the second season of the MTV hit series Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County.  Jason has produced and directed television shows as varied as the country music Nashville Star and the performance series FarmClub.com, both for the USA Network, the gonzo comedy show Buzzkill for MTV, as well as documentary and entertainment shows for the Discovery Channel and the Travel Channel. Jason started his career as an editor.

His credits as an editor include the first three seasons of MTV's The Real World, the ABC documentary mini-series Motown 40, the FOX series Murder in Small Town X,  Disney Channel's Bug Juice, Comedy Central's Battlebots, The NBC Nightly News and the Today Show. In 2005 he executive produced the Tsunami Benefit Pea Pod concert special, featuring performances by The Black Eyed Peas, James Brown, Carlos Santana, John Legend, Pink and Justin Timberlake. Jason was the co-executive producer of Home James a comedy/reality show for VH1.

Roger is the Supervising Producer of 172 episodes of "Tyler
Perry's House of Payne"

He also is the Executive Producer of 160 episodes of "Meet the Browns," which premiered on TBS as the second highest rated sitcom in basic cable history. Roger's films include "Diary Of A Mad Black Woman" which has grossed over 100 million dollars in theatrical and DVD sales to date. He coproduced"Madea's Family Reunion," "Daddy's Little Girls," "Why Did I Get Married?", "Meet The Browns", "The Family that Preys", "Madea Goes To Jail" and the recent hit "I Can Do Bad All By Myself,'. Born in London and raised in Brooklyn, Roger's career in film began when he was accepted into the Director's Guild of America's prestigious Assistant Director Trainee program. This highly selective program enables candidates to learn the intricacies of major feature filmmaking for a two year period under the guidance of some of Hollywood's top directors and producers. Roger was fortunate to work with such legendary directors as Woody Allen, Mike Nichols and James Mangold. Roger attended Brooklyn College and the School Of Visual Arts.

Ear FX is a post-production audio studio that specializes in doing the sound portion of projects for television, film, radio, and web. Located in Mableton Georgia, just minutes outside of Atlanta, Ear FX is regarded as one of the most plush professional home studios in southeastern, United States. Past projects worked on include sound for Tyler Perry's House Of Payne and Meet The Browns, commercials for The Matrix, recordings for King Of The Hill, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, HBO, Turner Broadcasting and many more. Ear FX's typical duties are to record voice-over actors, add sound effects and blend them together with the musical element which is delivered to Shawn by a music composer or found by Shawn from online music libraries. Ear FX's owner and president Shawn Conrad, C.A.S. (Cinema Audio Society), was once the 1989 World Champion Rapper Freshco (see www.FreshcoAndMiz.com). He was label mates with Queen Latifah, toured with Ice Cube, rapped with Jay-Z and The Notorious B.I.G. When Shawn thought his musical celebrity was dissipating in the mid 1990s, he gravitated toward begin behind the scenes as an audio engineer for music and radio commercials.
During his five years at Soundtrack, Shawn recorded voice over actors and added sound effects for radio and television commercials. He then went on blending sound effects, music and dialogue for Miramax Film's movie commercials Shakespeare In Love, Life Is Beautiful and The Matrix. Stephanie Leonard, Line Producer, The Monique Show
Stephanie spent a number of years working in Washington, DC's television scene on shows like A&E's "Biography," NBC's "West Wing," and many more. Her career in television took off in 1998, when she accepted a position working on FOX's long-running show – "America's Most Wanted." During her time there, she produced hundred's of host remotes and more than 100 re-enactments on both film and video. She has filmed across the country and abroad.
Though her list of credits is long, Ms. Leonard is best known for her work as Talent Executive and Production Manager on the hit comedy, "Chappelle's Show." There, she had the unique opportunity to work on both the creative and production side of a pop-culture hit.
After "Chappelle," Stephanie served as a line producer for Black Entertainment Networks. She was responsible for no less than 12 shows at any given time, and, approximately $20 million of the network budget each year. She is currently beginning a second season as the line producer of the late-night talk show – "The Mo'Nique Show." She continues to enjoy her work behind-the-scenes, and, works to share her knowledge of television producing as a part-time professor at Savannah College of Art and Design.

Jonathan Harris, Professor/Producer
Jonathan M. Harris's film and video work has been screened at film festivals nationwide including the San Francisco Documentary Festival, the Brooklyn Arts Council Film Festival and the Atlanta Film Festival. He was the Post-Production Supervisor for "The Adventures of Ociee Nash" and the director of the feature-length musical, "Last Ride." While working as a producer on "C-47: Georgia's Short Film Showcase," and the "World War II Veterans Oral History Project" for public television, he recruited and trained college students to field produce, shoot, and edit these and other professional projects. Before working in film and video, Jonathan was a staff writer for the Atlanta Journal Constitution, taught Film and Video Production at Georgia State and Kennesaw State University, and wrote essays and feature stories for Creative Loafing, Chelsea, and International Living. He is currently the Digital Media Coordinator for Georgia Perimeter College.

These are just a few of the ways Emmy Award winning Peachtree TV Executive Director of "Community Interest" Jeff Johnson or "JJ" has been described in the entertainment, film/television, radio, promotional and sport marketing industries.

Currently the Executive Director of "Community Interest" for Peachtree TV in Atlanta, "JJ" also serves as the "face" of the station in the Atlanta community. Up until 2006 when most of his efforts and time shifted to the tax credit financing business, Mr. Paynter was a full time practicing attorney and CPA, with the Phoenix, Arizona based firm, Woodrow & Paynter, P.L.C. His client base was over 700 individuals, businesses, estates and trusts for which he provided expert legal guidance in the following areas of practice: Estate and Business Succession Planning; Probate; Business Formations and Transactions; and State and Federal Tax Law. Mr. Paynter also spent several semesters as an adjunct Professor at the Keller Graduate School of Management teaching Tax Law to MBA candidates. His education was earned at University of Kansas (B.S. Bus.Adm., 1990) and the University of Missouri - Kansas City (J.D., 1993). As the President of the Arizona Film & Media Coalition, he was busy each legislative session in Arizona, protecting and improving the State's film tax incentive program. He is also on the Board of the Arizona Production Association, is a member of the Georgia Production Partners coalition, and frequently lectures on the topic of State tax incentive programs and related financing all over the world. Very recently, after commuting nearly weekly from Scottsdale, Arizona for over 2 years, he relocated with his wife and two children to Atlanta, Georgia.

In 2002, Dianne returned to Rainforest Films where she received her first experience and worked in distribution on the theatrical release of Trois 2: Pandora's Box. In 2003, Dianne co-founded Symmetry Entertainment and in May of 2004, completed their first film entitled A Complex Occupation. Dianne continued her career as Line Producer for the hit film The Gospel, producer for a controversial documentary about migrant border crossers entitled Season of Death , producer of Motives 2, co-producer of Three Can Play That Game and currently Line Producer of Stomp The Yard 2. Never one to be confined to just one aspect of the industry, Dianne recently produced three commercials for CNN and several promos for TBS.

Paul Condolora is senior vice president, digital for Turner Broadcasting System Inc.'s Animation, Young Adults and Kids Media Group. In this capacity, Condolora is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the digital strategy and product development across multiple platforms for Cartoon Network and Adult Swim-branded products and services. Additionally, Condolora oversees creative development and day-to-day operations for two industry leading Web sites CartoonNetwork.com and AdultSwim.com, and also oversees digital strategy and operations for the investigative website, TheSmokingGun.com. Condolora came to Cartoon Network Online in 2000 as vice president of business development. Previously, he was the head of the Multimedia Department at Sony Pictures Imageworks. At Sony, Condolora supervised more than 20 projects, many award winning, including visual effects for feature films and television shows, Internet games and promotional Web sites. He has also managed the U.S-based software development for Sony's AIBO entertainment robot. Prior to his role at Imageworks, Condolora was the Director of Special Projects for Sony Pictures Entertainment focusing on business development.

Condolora began his entertainment career as a member of Columbia Pictures Management Associates Program. Additionally, Condolora is a former independent filmmaker and Certified Public Accountant (New York State). A native of Syracuse, NY, he lives in Atlanta with his wife and two daughters.
